I met Wendi 2 years ago when I was looking for a very specific piece of real estate. There are only 20 units like it on the island of Maui. She knew that any sale she made to me would perhaps be a long time coming. She put me on her mailing list and, when the right place came up, she was on it when it was my time to buy. I happened to be in Italy and was literally 12 time zones different, but Wendi made it work.

When it came time to sell one of the condos I had on the island, I choose Wendi because she is smart, intuitive and responsive. She gave me good advice about the market, pricing and marketing - knowing the geography, the demographics of the potential buyers, and the timing associated with when in the year we were selling. All very specific knowledge that, I am sure, only comes with many years experience.

Wendi went above and beyond, especially because toward the end of the sales cycle the eventual buyer had some problems AND the Corona virus shutdowns started to take effect. There were multiple points where this particular deal were not standard or smooth. I am convinced it was Wendi that kept it on track to close.

I highly recommend working with her and intend to do so in the future.
